At Velar, we take pride in our craftsmanship and quality standards. If you reside in [Your Market Region] and are not satisfied with a Velar product purchased directly from us or from one of our authorized sellers, please contact us to request a replacement product, if available, or compensation for the full value of the product.
Please note that because we cannot control the quality of Velar products sold by unauthorized sellers, unless otherwise prohibited by law, this Guarantee does not apply to products purchased from unauthorized sellers. The Guarantee is valid only for the original purchaser and covers 30 days from the date of purchase.
HOW TO CLAIM THE GUARANTEE
To submit a Guarantee request, please contact us at help@velarmaison.com or 01015915652 or on Instagram @velarmaison with details about your purchase, including where and when you bought the product.
If your request is approved, you will be required to provide proof of purchase and mail your product to our claims processing center. Instructions on where to send the product will be provided upon approval.
Important Notes:
- You must submit your request within 30 days of the purchase date.
- The customer is responsible for any shipping costs related to returning the product.
- Please include a reference to the name of the original purchaser inside the return package.
