ELIGIBILITY FOR RETURNS & EXCHANGES

  • Items must be returned within 30 days of the purchase date.
  • Proof of purchase (receipt or order confirmation) is required.
  • Items marked as Final Sale, Customized, or Clearance are not eligible for return or exchange.

HOW TO RETURN OR EXCHANGE AN ITEM

Step 1: Request a Return or Exchange

  • Contact us at help@velarmaison.com or 01015915652 or on Instagram @velarmaison to initiate a return or exchange.
  • Provide your order number, product details, and reason for return or exchange.

Step 2: Ship the Item

  • Once your request is approved, we will provide you with return instructions.
  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or incorrect.
  • We recommend using a trackable shipping method to ensure safe delivery.

Step 3: Processing Your Return or Exchange

  • Once we receive your returned item, it will be inspected within 5-7 business days.
  • If eligible, refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 7-10 business days.
  • Exchanges will be processed and shipped as soon as the returned item is approved.

DAMAGED OR DEFECTIVE ITEMS

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the issue. We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no additional cost to you.


ADDITIONAL NOTES

  • Refunds do not include original shipping fees.
  • If a return does not meet our policy guidelines, it may be sent back to the customer at their expense.
